Condo Resident Expresses Frustration Over Maids’ Provocative Pool Parties
A resident of a District 11 condominium has voiced her discontent over a recurring issue at the condo’s pool area. Maids, accompanied by their friends, have been frequenting the pool, dressing in revealing attire and striking provocative poses for videos and photos.
The concerned resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, shared evidence of one such incident that took place on September 22 at around 6 pm. While she acknowledges that domestic helpers employed by condo residents should be allowed to use the common facilities, she draws the line at the regular gatherings that have been occurring over the past six months.
According to the resident, these groups of women would arrive at the pool in the late morning, bring their own lunch, and stay until 8 pm. Not only do they occupy the pool area for extended periods, but they also rearrange the furniture without putting it back in its original state and use the single shower room before departing.
The resident has already brought this issue to the attention of the condo management but has yet to receive a response. She is now seeking the opinions of her fellow condo residents, wondering if they find this behavior acceptable.
The incident raises questions about the appropriate use of common facilities in condominiums and the responsibilities that come with hosting guests. As the resident’s concerns remain unaddressed, it remains to be seen how the condo management will respond to this issue.
