
Facebook user Kelvin Ho posted on Facebook to share his negative experience on delivering food to Lakeville condo. Upon reaching the condo, Kelvin asked for information on where block 9 was, but the security just informed him to walk around and find the block himself.
He managed to find the block, but the intercom was faulty. He then proceeded back to the guard house and told them his issue. The guard then said “There is a side door can be open you don’t know meh?”.
Anyway, the customer could not come down to self collect the food as he was in a meeting. So the security informed Kelvin to throw the food away. Kelvin felt that the security guard was giving him a hard time on purpose. It is known that this isn’t the first time such an issue has happened at Lakeville condo.
Kelvin then proceeded to inform grabfood that refund the money to the account and informed them that that he will never send food to Lakeville condo again. Grabfood replied that they would bar that condo from their list of delivery locations.
