Dear Shoppers,
We would like to inform you that a service staff of CashBox located at #01-16F at Jurong Point was tested positive for COVID-19 on 15 March 2020. The affected employee was last at work on 13 March 2020. Upon notification by the authorities, the affected unit was immediately closed for disinfection by NEA-approved cleaning company. Additionally, we have also disinfected all common areas, escalators, toilets and corridor to the toilets near the affected outlet.
The affected unit is closed, and all staff of this branch and mall staff who have been in close contact with the affected employee will stay at home for 14 days. It will reopen only when all necessary health and safety measures are completed and staff who have not had any contact with the affected employee are redeployed to this outlet.
The well-being of our shoppers remains our top priority. Please be assured that we have stepped up precautionary measures including temperature screening at store-level where relevant, increased the frequency of our mall’s cleaning routine and placed hand sanitisers at high traffic areas, lift lobbies and Customer Service counters for public use.
