A letter was seen pasted on the doors of a gym located in Woodlands North Oak condominium informing that the facilities are closed due to a confirmed case.
The letter is dated 25th March 2020. The letter stated that 1 confirmed case of Coronavirus is in the estate of NorthOaks Condominium Blk 20A.
The management claims that they do know which unit is affected as MOH did not reveal the information.No further details on the cases were released.
The circular also stated that the Ministry of Health will be conduct contact tracing if required.
Precautionary measures have been implemented to protect residents.
All facilities like the tennis courts, swimming pools, playgrounds, fitness areas, multi-purpose hall, karaoke room, games room, lounges, gym and golf facilities will be closed till Apr. 3.
Booking fees will be refunded
It also stated that all blocks will undergo disinfection, and towers will have additional cleaning measures.
