A video emerged online showing a construction crane toppled over at Universal Studios Singapore.
According to The Straits Times, the crane is used for demolition work by a construction company, and it toppled over on Saturday (3 December).
The crane was seen lying on its side in the video that was posted by Facebook user, Jonas De Thuong, as onlookers nearby gawked at the sight.
A spokesperson for Resorts World Sentosa said that no guests, workers or team members were injured in the incident.
They added that the safety of their guests and team members remains their top priority and that they are “thoroughly reviewing the event, cooperating closely with the authorities and have stopped the contractor in possession of the site from any further site work while this review takes place.”
There are currently 42 workplace fatalities so far this year, which is the highest tally in four years.
