Mr Koh Kok Heng, a 53-year-old Singapore PR died last week after he fell through an opening in the floor of a semi-detached house that was undergoing A&A work.

Koh was believed to be overseeing the construction work at the semi-detached house at 38 University Walk. He fell through the opening and landed on a staircase 4.7m below.
The incident happened on Feb 10 and the Singapore Civil Defence was alerted on the incident. Koh was then taken to Tan Tok Seng Hospital and he was pronounced dead.
Koh was listed as a director at JMS Construction.
