A video was recently uploaded to SGRV Facebook page showing construction workers using DIY sampan to move around after the site was flooded.

From the video, two construction workers were seen using a wooden plank as a sampan to move around in a flooded site. It is believed that the flood was caused by the recent heavy rain.
