Facebook user Sherlyn Chia recently posted on Facebook after a contractor went MIA after purchasing a mirror cabinet for $280. It was believed she met the seller from Carousell and the contractors have given many excuses before ignoring her totally.

Here is the full story.
Being a Good Samaritan by posting this to warn others against this carousell seller – MD.HOME.SOLUTIONS

2nd Feb: Pre-ordered a mirror cabinet and paid $280 on the same day. Was told it will take about 3 weeks for it to arrive. He is suppose to turn up to have it installed on 26 Feb, took leave from work to wait for installation but nobody showed up. Installation was then re-scheduled to 3rd Mar but nobody turned up either. No calls/texts to inform. A lot of chasing and seller responded really slowly and always finding a lot of excuses for MIA. In fact, seller has seen all the messages sent but chose not to reply. I have asked for a refund but he hasn’t replied me since 3rd Mar. Please beware of this seller despite having many good reviews, seller has a history of not delivering goods after receiving payment (which I just found out).

There are also feedback that MD.HOME.SOLUTIONS have many complains lately.
