A wedding is normally about drinking and a joyous occasion but sometimes, it can be too much. A couple had too much to drink and started breaking furniture and shouting at not only hotel staff but also the Police.
29-year-old Cheryl Teo Kai Lin was fined $6,300 and 32-year-old Foo Yong Yao was fined $4,100.

Teo faced a total of seven charges while her husband faces 3 charges. The charges include failing to wear a face mask, harassment and causing public annoyance while drunk.

The couple got drunk during the wedding and Teo started her drunken annoyance and damaged a table while also trying to flip chairs over.
It is believed that a hotel staff tried to calm her down but only to get kicked in the shoulder. Foo had a little bit too much to drink and he almost threw up. The hotel staff urged them to leave but Foo fell off a chair and injured his finger.
The hotel staff called for an ambulance but when the paramedics arrived the couple started to verbally abused and scold the paramedics.
The Police had to be called in to get the situation under control, but the arrival of the Police did not stop the couple.
Teo could not calm down and continued the ruckus. The couple eventually got arrested.
