Many of us have been staying at home for a period of time during the Circuit Breaker period and alot have been working from home after since, as a new normal to minimise the spread of the virus.
But many will say that staying at home and not socialising may make an individual an introvert in time and may have weird repercussions.
A Facebook user Phang Ye Sheng had shared in his Facebook post on his experience on a media buy/ selling platform of such a ‘weird’ individual and his full post is as below:
“This is by far the weirdest person I have met on carousell. Idk maybe he expect me to bring him out on a date, make him fall in love with me then slowly whisper into his ears “can use caroupay and how long does it take to deliver”. Idk man
Edit: one of my friend actually texted him on carousel and seems like whenever caroupay is being brought up he starts getting all worked up. idk maybe carou hurt him or something.
Second edit: When I first posted this I didn’t expect what I wrote would be shared by thousands of you. I know that many people have attempted to msg the carouseller in this post. As much as it might be funny to troll the carouseller I also hope that we exercise a little empathy and restraint in this case as we might not know the full story behind his actions.
One of you guys actually messaged me telling me that he has reasons to believe that the Carouseller might not be as tech-savvy as many of us (might be elderly user or what not) and has difficulty linking his bank account to Caroupay and therefore acted the way he acted as he believes that Caroupay is a scam.
Whether or not the reason stated above is true, I think we should still give the seller the benefit of the doubt and stop harassing him. If you have reason to believe that the seller is scamming people, simply report his account.”
