A crew member of a container ship recently fell over the ship which landed him into the hatch of a container. The crew member suffered various injuries and the Singapore Civil Defence was called.

The SCDF team came to the scene and managed to save the injured personnel. The crew member was secured onto a stretcher before being lifted onto the ship by a pulley.
The incident happened on the 13th November at around 12 noon. The injured crew was then sent to the hospital.
