Facebook user DK Kith shared a photo of another user, Shi Ng’s post, where she shared how she allegedly bought a can of Dettol Disinfectant Spray priced at $4.95 but she was charged $11.90 for it.

She allegedly asked for a refund but the staff said that they cannot refund the money.
The incident purportedly happened at a Japan Home outlet at Heartland Mall.
