Facebook user Callista Tan recently posted on the Facebook page Complaint Singapore to voice her frustration after she felt that she was given the wrong order. She ordered 2 regular pizzas which should be 9 inches each.
But when the order came, she realised that it was only 6 inches which was the size of the personal pizza. She even measured it with a measuring tape. But when she called the customer service for assistance, they told insisted it was regular as it was sliced into 6 pieces.

Pizza Hut is becoming more and more ridiculous. We ordered 2x REGULAR size pizza which supposedly served 9” (6 slices) as mentioned on their website. But we only received 6” (6 slices) pizza. We try to get assistance from their customer service but they insisted that it’s the correct order.
The customer service insisted it is a regular pizza because they sliced it to 6 pieces. So are you telling me pizza hut have been serving the personal pan size pizza for the price of a regular size pizza? So as long as you give me 6 slices it’s considered regular size? And whats with the oversized crust pizza??? New product from pizza hut? Extra crust supreme??? This is utterly ridiculous and disappointing.
