
Facebook user Victor Zelims Chua enquired through whatsapp to order some food from YumSea Seafood Soup Marsiling Mall outlet, but got a very rude response from their customer service.

His first message was at 8:03pm enquiring on ordering a meal the following day. He followed up with a message at 11:54am whether the delivery was on. After being ignored twice, the frustration most probably grew and he sent a message stating “hey if you’re keen to do biz, then don’t post on FB to advertise”.
He got a response immediately from the outlet replying “Sorry we only entertain people with sense and understanding”.
