A Grabfood customer shared an unsavoury encounter with a Grabfood rider on the app.
She had ordered some food and didn’t have small change, the rider then told her to cancel the order next time if she sees his face.
Here is the story:
“I dont hate grab rider.. but this type of ppl need to go.. no respect so rude. I didnt get to ss that he mention WHY DID I EVEN BOTHER TO ORDER!
wth i order because i paying not asking for free k. Just because u dont have small change u being so rude.
Nowadays ppl also have solution if no small change can paynow. But when u say that to me so i dont bother to ask for paynow. Its just $13 change u make big fuss about it. BIKIN DARAH AKU UP JE WONG YING JIE..
