A customer was recently injured after a tabletop glass exploded while they were enjoying a meal of mookata (Thai barbeque).

The glass exploded when the soup was being refilled by one of the servers. The glass exploded and glass fragments flew all over the place. A couple suffered several cuts from the explosion.
The incident was believed to have happened on the 25th December at a Thai Mookata restaurant called 555 Villa Thai at Changi. It was also stated that the establishment had prior plans to change all the tables from glass to marble.
