Incident happened in the midnight Feb 25. A cyclist was cycling on road when he crash into a stationary vehicle in front of him with hazard light on.

The back window glass of the vehicle was smashed into pieces.
Owner of the car said,
“Call water….knn, car on hazard stationary..
tis bicycle bang on my back so badly..I thought is lorry bang me…come down is a bicycle.”
“He tell me he never see front..so wat he doing??
