On 12 Jan 2019 at around 8:11am, my wife and I cycled pass Bukit Panjang and Upper Bukit Timah towards Choa Chu Kang, when a coach with registration PC4013G drove beside my wife.

As the coach approached my wife, it drove closer and closer to her, causing her to react instintively and ride closer to the kerb to avoid the coach.
As a result, she hit the kerb and fell towards the grass verge hitting her head and abrasions to her leg.
