A lot of ppl don’t understand the rules of the bicycles on the roads, they thought as long they ride on the left or abreast to another cyclist, it’s not wrong even they obstruct the faster vehicles.

Even Straits Times using incomplete stated rules to defend that stupid cyclist!!
They are WRONG!
The following LTA link, page 20, did said that they can ride on the road but must not obstruct faster moving vehicles!!
