Reuben Picapau Khiu shared a video of him riding his motorcycle on the expressway and seeing a cyclist cycling his bicycle on the expressway.
He wrote that the “f*ckwit” was definitely in the tunnels as his dashcam footage was taken a few seconds after exiting the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE).
