If the lorry brakes “he will escape without injuries” because he thinks he is “superman” reincarnated. Wearing bright color clothes don’t guarantee you safety because your action shows the level of intelligence you have.

According to Section 7, Paragraph 6 of the Road Traffic (Bicycle) Rules in the Road Traffic Act under Chapter 276, Section 140, “When a bicycle lane is provided on part of a road, no bicycle, power‑assisted bicycle, trishaw or tricycle shall be used on any other part of the roadway.”
This happened on 14/8/21 at 0905 hours along Tanah Merah Coast Road.
