A video emerged online showing a man cycling on the road and using his mobile phone at the same time.
The man was seen focusing on his phone as he cycled on the road and was not paying attention to his surroundings or the vehicle in front of him.
He then crashed into a parked vehicle and almost got thrown off his bicycle, before pushing his bicycle away from the vehicle.
The entire incident was captured on the vehicle’s dashcam.
