A video emerged online showing a couple of cyclists hogging an entire road lane and blocking a car behind them.

The cyclists were seen failing to keep left in a single lane road.
The incident happened along Lorning Road on 8 Januaray at around 9.49am.
Under the road traffic rules, cyclists are required to keep to the left side of the road when they are cycling and not obstruct vehicles that are faster.
They are also only allowed to ride two abreast in the same direction, provided there are two or more lanes on the road.
