According to a photo shared by FB user Lin Jessie, a group of cyclists were spotted cycling in the middle of the road.
The photo has caused a debate among netizens, arguing if the action of the cyclist is acceptable.
Some netizen commented on the post stating that the cyclists are actually heading toward the right side of the road. Some said that the cyclists are following the traffic rules by cycling in a file and they are heading up to the flyover which is allowed.
With that said, the FB user seems to have taken the photo while she was driving. The photo has been snapped at the driver seat. According to the law, using a mobile device while driving is prohibited.
A motorist convicted for using a mobile device while driving can be liable to a fine of up to $1,000 and or a jail term of up to 6 months.
