A video of a deadly accident was recently uploaded on the Instagram page sgfollowsall where many cars were involved.

Emergency personnel were also seen at the scene as one of the cars could be seen flipped on it’s back as well. The number of injuries is currently unknown at the moment.
The incident was believed to have happened on the PIE.
