DELIVEROO TERMINATES DELIVERY RIDER FOR ‘DELIVERING TOO SLOW’

A netizen shared a post about a notification she received from Deliveroo which looks to terminate her services thus effectively ending her delivery stint with Deliveroo.

A screenshot of the notification which the netizen received from Deliveroo was also shared inside the post.

A closer look at the screenshot reveals that the netizen was terminated for allegedly ‘taking too long’ to reach customers than what was expected by Deliveroo.

Deliveroo has also tried contact the netizen about the performance which the netizen has given in terms of delivery service but the netizen did not improve.

Hence, a seven days notice was given to the netizen which seeks to terminate the netizen’s service under the ‘supplier agreement’ in line with the netizen’s contract.

During the notice period, the netizen can still continue working on the platform and Deliveroo will continue paying the netizen for services which the netizen has provided until the last day of the notice period which will also be the end of the netizen’s agreement with Deliveroo.

The netizen is asking if anyone knows what action should she take from now onwards.
