Facebook user Jack Sim shared how he was once fined $800 because he forgot to pay the composition fine for a parking offence he committed, but he acknowledged his mistake so he paid.

He added that he met this Delivery Boy, who was also fined $800 for a parking offence on his motorcycle and for missing the payment for his composition fine, the boy said that he didn’t forget, he just simply couldn’t afford it.
So he is going in to jail for 4 days instead.
Jack added that “this is how poverty spiral works – one small mistake leaders to larger problems when you have no money.”
