A video emerged online showing a group of delivery staff unloading Shopee parcels by throwing them onto the ground, disregarding if they were fragile or not.

The incident happened at an open carpark at Jurong West on 11 August in the afternoon, and was witnessed by a resident who recorded the incident.
The delivery staff were seen without masks and were violently unloaded the goods, tossing them around like they were rubbish.
A parcel was even seen tumbling down from the top of the heap.
