DENGUE FEVER CASES EXCEED 4000, CASES DOUBLED AS PER SAME PERIOD LAST YEAR

Since the beginning of this year, there have been more than 4,000 cases of dengue fever.

As a result, the National Environment Agency has decided to start an annual campaign to prevent dengue fever from now until May.

Authorities said that they will step up efforts to combat dengue fever, including through home visits by volunteers, to raise residents’ awareness of mosquito prevention.
