A company previously posted multiple Facebook posts and accused their ex-staff of scamming customers by taking orders and receiving the money to his personal pay now account despite not delivering any of the goods.
Previously, Ron from My Digital Lock stated in a video that the scammer (Travis) has scammed over $100,000.
The company posted a 9 min video on Facebook stating that they will take responsibility for those that have been scammed.
The video alleged that Travis had changed his Paynow name to the company’s name to trick victims into believing that they are paying to the actual company, the company also alleged that Travis has not yet return the companies laptop since his termination and he has been creating fake quotations and invoices to scam more customers.
Multiple Police Reports
The company stated that not only a Police report has been made and Police also received multiple reports from the victims.
The Police have since arrested a 22-year-old on Thursday (March 31st).
Straits Times reported that the man is also involved in other similar cases.
