According to a tipped off from a customer, he said that even after the KTV saga pubs haven’t learned and still want to test the system
Here is the story:
My friends recently jio me for a drink at Prinsep street, I don’t want to say which pub, I just want to say got a few there some level 1 some level 2 of the shophouse.
After going in we ordered a tower of beer and we could see several Singaporean’s girls serving the drinks. Moments later a girl came to our table holding an empty glass asking if she can have a drink with us.
She started introducing herself and asked our name, age & job. I don’t know if I come here to drink or kana job interview. The girl started to ask us to play dice games which I believed is illegal but we kindly said no.
These waitresses or should I call them hostesses are back in the game despite the KTV nonsense that happened recently.
How am I so sure they are hostesses? they started asking us to buy her lady drinks want phone number so they can call us to drink again. We questioned her and she said that most of the girls working here are students or young single moms that want quick easy money.
Just to be clear, this happened last Saturday (14 August 2021).
