A posting which was posted recently on the forum Hardwarezone showed that you can get a diploma easily in 3 months in India. And O level course would take around 6 months and that would only cost you $400.
Many Singaporeans who study at various polytechnics in Singapore take approximately 3 years to complete their course but many FTs who actually study in India take only 3 months with a fraction of the price when compared to the thousands of dollars that Singaporeans pay for their diplomas.
The diploma in question is an IT diploma and you would just need 2 hours a day to attend the class and one can attain their diploma in just 3 months.
