Update (1427hours) – Help has arrived and we are bringing this baby to get medical attention right away!
Current situation: dog is left outside the house and it’s raining now, skinny to this horrible extent and crying for help
And the sorry excuse of owners? Is AVA SPCA going prosecute them? This poor doggie was left suffering in agony without any obvious medical attention! So irresponsible.
