A Honda driver was seen standing outside his car with his vehicle stopped in the middle of road, blocking the traffic behind.

The driver was presumably doing this on purpose as the camcar driver was heard in the video shouting at the man to move, but he refused.
Apparently the Honda driver had allegedly switched lanes without checking and almost causing a car crash and the camcar driver honked at him.
The Honda driver then retaliated by alighting from his car and blocking the entire road to annoy the camcar.
The incident happened at Jalan Sultan.
