Here is the story:

“My wife parked her car, Mini, at Geylang Lor 3 multi carpark level 1 on the evening of 12th December 2021.

At approx. 9.10pm, she went to retrieve her car. She was alerted by a kind gentleman, the eye witness, that the car beside her had collided with her car 2 times whilst attempting to park into the lot.

He said that he stayed behind to wait for my wife as a note (his contact details) he had left behind on her car, mysteriously went missing.

At approximately 9.20pm, the perpetrators of vehicle SKS632X returned to retrieve their car. My wife then proceeded to inform the driver that a witness has seen him backed and collided into her car twice whilst he attempted to park into the lot.

This escalated into an already unfortunate incident.

1. The driver first reaction was “act blur”, refused to acknowledge and/or exchange contact details.

2. When told there was a witness and damages on both cars, he turn aggressive and shouted “I pay lah, What’s the big deal, I pay!” His lady passenger then instructed the perpetrator to get into the car and ignore my wife.

3. The driver and his passenger then abruptly got into their vehicle SKS632X and started to drive off.

4. All these whiles, my wife was on the phone with TP who was enroute to the location. My wife then requested the perpetrators to wait for the TP to arrive. They refused.

5. In desperation, my wife tried to prevent the vehicle SKS632X from leaving by standing in front of it but was failed as the perpetrator dangerously proceeded to move his vehicle forward towards her, threatening to run her over, endangering her. In a panic, another witness managed to capture a video of the perpetrator driving off.

6. TP who was still on the phone call then advised my wife to move aside and let the perpetrator go. Safety first beyond anything else. The perpetrator of vehicle SKS632X then drove away from the scene.

Police reports have been filed and memory card from dash cam have been submitted to TP.”
