To be fair both are wrong. The cyclist should never cycle on the right lane if he is going preparing to do a right turn ahead. He is causing a danger to himself and the cars on the road. Cars on the right are travelling very fast so he is lucky those driver horn him instead of banging into him.

But yes. I agree the driver should not scold and should stop to help the injured rider after the bike flipped. Â insurance how to claim?
