A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page sgfollowsall which shows a dog inside a car with the windows all closed up. The owner was nowhere to be seen. A member of the public managed to take a video of the poor dog who was trapped in the car.

This driver left a poor dog in the car for more than 30mins at block 17 beach road. Car window all close up no ventilation at all..pls have some humanity… pls don’t do this.
