A netizen shared on Facebook about his encounter with a “human cone” at a carpark in City Gate at Beach Road, who choped a parking lot while standing inside it and depriving him of his spot.
The incident purportedly took place on 8 September at about 1pm. The netizen, who remained anonymous, said that he never expected to encounter “such species” of people.
He said that he was inside the carpark at the time when he saw an empty parking lot, before he decided to drive into the lot.
However, he later realised that there was a woman, or as he described her; a “human cone” standing in the lot for a car that was in front of his vehicle.
He said that the car was about 8-10 cars away from the lot when the woman “choped” the lot physically with her own body.
The driver then told the woman that he wanted to park in the lot and questioned her “how can you chope parking lot like this?”
The woman then allegedly ignored his questions and kept repeating that “her car wants to park”.
Moments later, the driver of the car then opened his car door as well and allegedly shouted at him “I WANT TO PARK”, after which the netizen then gave up and drove away.

Happened on 08/09/23, at City Gate Beach Road ,around 1+pm.
So nowadays alot of Human Cone Choped Carpark lot, did’nt expect myself to encounter ONE such species.
I saw an empty parking lot and when i’m trying to parked my car in, i then realised this human cone is chopping carpark for the car in front.
The car is at least 8-10 cars away from the lot. When i told her that i wants to park, how can you chope parking lot like this? she ignore me and keep saying that her car wants to park.
The driver then too open the car door and keep shouting “I WANT TO PARK”. Sway la… I drive away la…
