A video emerged online showing a man having an argument with a couple of police officers outside what appears to be a pub.

He was seen in the video telling the police officers to “take your hands off me, I know the rules.”
THe man was seen accusing the police officers of “assault” for touching him, after the officers tried to calm him down but to no avail.
According to the netizen who posted the video, the man had allegedly strangled a teenager at the bar after being drunk.

“He was drunk and he strangled a teenager at the bar drunk skun. The manager called the cops. Then he got arrested (SIC)”
He was later seen being pinned onto the floor by the police officers and arrested.
