He was allegedly drunk at that point in time as he was carrying a beer can in his hand. The incident allegedly happened due to a staring incident. The incident happened at Telok Blangah Crescent/
The drunk man was shouting vulgarities before punching the woman in the face. He then proceeded to run away after the incident happened.
