
A PMD rider was jailed yesterday after he attacked a family on a footpath.
57-years-old Yeo Kian Heng, the violent man behind the crime drank two bottles of beer and rode his PMD on a footpath in Woodlands. His journey was blocked by the family who was in his way, he then shouted at the family saying “not his father’s road”.
The incident happened on Feb 1st 2020 at Woodlands Avenue 7 about 8.30 PM.
After the rider managed to ride past the family, he dropped his PMD on the grass patch and confronted the family.
He then punched the father in the face and continued to attack him even after the victim fell on the ground.
He stomped on his ribs and groin area
The 10-year-old son who tried to stop the attacker failed to do so, he also tried to hit his wife but she managed to dodge his attacks. Soon after the rider escaped from the scene.
He was later apprehended by the Police and was sentenced in court yesterday to 13months, 2 weeks and 1 day jail with a S$500 fine.
