Following a customer’s complaint about the alleged poor services and accusing the stall of cheating her; the durian stall, Durian.Hub, took to Facebook to share their purported “compliments” online.
Further stoking the fire, the durian stall responded to another netizen who called them out for their perceived poor service, they made fun of him by saying “I do donation to the needy, not enuff money it’s ok”.

Durian.Hub had posted screenshots of their chat with the customer, captioning it “Hahahahaahha”, and the woman then presumably commented on their post.

However, her comments have since been deleted, with the durian stall presumably calling her out, commenting “Lai address,” “Lai leh”.
The durian stall then further taunted the customer who complained about them, adding that they were blocked by the customer, saying “plaintiff guilty block me”.

Another netizen referenced the customer’s complaint and asked the durian stall if they ordered “king of king” durians, can the stall send them Mao Shan Wang.
The durian stall then challenged them to do so, saying “Hum ah (scared ah?)”.

Another netizen commented that he won’t patronise the durian stall, and Durian.Hub then responded with “thk u”.

Seeing the natures of the comments, another netizen asked if the owner of Durian.Hub was a 13 year old boy, to which the durian stall then replied with an entire new post, calling him a “12yo YP”.

Durian.Hub then shared a screenshot of netizens liking their Facebook page, presumably to show how their page is growing after the customer’s complaint about their alleged poor service.
At the time of writing, Durian.Hub’s page growth has grown to 901 followers since the complaint became public and their antics against unhappy customers.

Netizens online have also been commenting on the seller’s alleged cheating on forums such as Hardwarezone, with many calling the seller out for his antics.

Context
A woman named Mingli had shared on Stomp about Durian.Hub sending her packets of Kings of King durians instead of the Mao Shan Wang durians that she wanted.
They then asked the woman to “compromise” before taunting her after she said that she will report them, sending her Covid-19 recovery hotlines in response and asking her to “wait for call”.
