Netizen’s comments
- Whether or not, it is a bicycle lane!
All cyclists must slow down when they reached the Bus stop or you saw any body walking on the Paths too. Once I was nearly knocked by a Speeding Cyclist after I had alighted from the Bus ,& walked towards the Building behind the Bus Stop
LTA should implemented a strict law to cyclists No speeding ,fine & Jail - We should practise “stop and push” in such areas like bus stops, traffic crossing, zebra crossing.
- This is the wrong mentality esp when it is on “shared” path where there is pedestrian crossing. Cyclist shud exercise caution when approaching such environment. Judging from the description most probably the impact is great due to speed that cause the elderly to be warded
- Cyclist should be banned on foot path and put on the road where they face the real big boys. I was almost hit by a cyclist today cos he was speeding past the traffic light and didn’t check for pedestrian walking over
