A 40 years old E-biker, Tan Heng Huat crash into an old aunty who suffered injury on her head and fractures after falling face flat.
Tan did not offer her help nor apologized, instead he hand her a piece of tissue and went his way.
Tan was sentenced to jail for five weeks for causing grievous hurt by performing a rash act.
E-biker does not require a licence to operates unlike motor vehicles on the road. It can cause serious injury if it is not handle with care.
