Nippon home said in a Facebook post that they are looking for an elderly couple who took their trolley without paying on 5 February at about 12.54pm.
They shared screenshots from their CCTV footage showing the woman wearing red browsing through the trolleys in the shop.

Nippon Home said that they believe it was an honest mistake, and is appealing for the elderly couple to return their merchandise.
Nippon Home’s statement
Hi all,
We need your help to share this.
We are looking for a couple who had visited our Woodlands Causeway Point outlet yesterday afternoon (5th Feb) at 12.54pm and had mistakenly took our trolley without payment.
We sincerely believe that it was a honest mistake and would like them to return our merchandise. Our staff has been feeling remorsed for this incident and we hope that the couple can help to resolve this as soon as possible.
Do PM our page if you know this couple. Appreciate with thanks.
