An old man was spotted lying flat on the ground an accident at Woodlands Avenue 3 towards BKE at around 7.55 AM on 20th Jan 2020.

The man was seen laying flat while a motorist was seen assisting the old man, witnesses told Singapore Uncensored that the man was conscious and could not move.
A bicycle was seen on the road crushed after the accident.
