Facebook user Gerard Kristan Nadaison shared an appeal for information on his missing grandfather, who managed to give the staff at a nursing home the slip.
Here is what he said
Hey everyone, sorry to put a bummer on the Christmas spirit but my grandfather managed to slip the staff at Peacehaven, 9 Upper Changi Road, and has been missing for the past 2 and a half hours.
Last seen wearing grey pants and a light blue shirt.
Slipped the nursing home
Nadaison told MustShareNews that his grandfather, Joseph Taha, was seen on CCTV leaving the Peacehaven nursing home on 23 December at about 3pm.
He was heading towards the Japanese School along 11 Upper Changi Road, and that he doesn’t have his bus card or wallet on him.
Nadaison also added that he believes his grandfather would have worn his Peacehaven lanyard with his personal information and address of the nursing home.
He is also understandably suffering from dementia and a missing person report had been filed with the police.
