This will be the sixth consecutive quarter of the increase.

The average monthly bill for a 4-room flat (consuming average monthly energy of 370kWh) will incur an average monthly bill of $111.63, which is more than the current average of $103.38.

1 room to 3 room HDB flat owners can expect to see an increase of about $3.23 to $5.98 for their monthly bill in the months of July, August and September.
