EMPLOYEE WORK AT NOT PAID. EMPLOYER THREATEN TO SUE

Does anyone can let me know. How i make a report to MOM?

My company no pay salary for me. Im Vietnamese holding Long term visit pass.They let me work without Letter of consent because they say the say they need to take time to see how i work ( i worked for them from 01/11 this year until how havent pay yet
