This morning heavy rain, around ICA towards Lavender MRT there is a flood due to some construction, They should take some action to prevent and solve it!
Due to the construction, they should not cover the walkway link to ICA from Crawford HDB flat’s, during rainy days people’s are stuck in the rain! I think the contractor need to look into it!
